Day 01: Arrive Bagdogra – Phuntsholing (165KM/4 Hour)
Once you arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, you will be met by our guide and driver will meet you. Later we transfer you to Phuntsholing, Bhutan. Before entering Bhutan, we will complete Indian Visa formalities in Indian part and then enter to Bhutan. Again compete for entry formalities in Bhutan Part. Check into hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Phuntsholing – Paro (150/ 3-4 Hour)
After breakfast, we will ride to Paro crossing Gedu University through a curvy road. Once we leave Phuntsholing, after riding for 20 – 25 minutes, we will complete entry formalities and then continue ride until we reach next stop at Tanalum checkpoint. Later in Paro, we have two options. Either we will ride further to Chele La Pass (35KM / One way) or visit Dzongs, Temples in Paro. Dinner and overnight stay at Paro.
Day 03: Paro – Thimphu (Tiger’s Nest) (55KM/1 Hour)
Early morning hike to Tiger’s Nest. Your hike to Tiger’s Nest would take not less than 2-3 hour uphill and 1-hour downhill. After lunch, we ride to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. If time permits, visit to Tashichho Dzong (fortress) Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Thimphu – Punkha – Phobjikha (135KM / 4 Hour)
Today we will start our sightseeing early before we head for Phobjikha valley. While in Thimphu, visit Memorial Stupa, Giant Buddha Dordenma(Statue) and Painting School. After sightseeing, ride to Phobjikha crossing Dochu La Pass. Lunch will be at Punakha. Visit Punakha Dzong(fortress) After visiting fortress we will ride via Bajo town. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Phobjikha – Trongsa – Bumthang (188KM / 6 – 7 Hour)
Today we have more distance to cover up so we will start early from Phobjikha to Bumthang. Enroute to Trongsa. Stop for a visit to Trongsa Dzong and Trongsa Museum. After sightseeing continues the ride to Bumthang. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Today we have whole day in Bumthang. Visit to Jambay Lhakhang (temple) Kurje Lhakhang (temple) and Tamshing Monastery. Later we ride further to Ura valley, which is 48Km(one way trip) evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07: Bumthang – Trongsa – Tingtibi (173KM / 5-6 Hour)
After breakfast we will ride back to Tingtibi crossing Trongsa town. After crossing Trongsa we will descent down to Tingtibi. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel / local farmhouse.
Day 08: Tingtibi – Gelephu (115KM / 3 Hour)
Today we will ride to Gelephu, the nearest Indian Border town with Indian State of Assam. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09: Gelephu – Guwahati (390KM / 5-6 Hour)
Today we will leave our bike back in Bhutan. After breakfast, we will complete our exit formalities in Bhutan part and reenter India (Assam). Before we drive further, we will complete Indian Visa formalities. Later, we will enjoy a long ride on fine paved road along the Assam Highway NH31. The drive from Gelephu to Guwahati would be scenic drive on full stretch road. Late in the evening we will enjoy Brahmaputra River Cruise. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10: Guwahati – Delhi / Kolkata
Our team will transfer you to airport for your onward flight to Delhi / Kolkata depending upon flight timing.
