Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu – A Gateway to Adventure and Spirituality
Your journey begins as you touch down at Tribhuvan International Airport, the vibrant heart of Kathmandu,where the adventure of a lifetime awaits. Upon completing immigration and customs formalities, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide, who will be your companion and expert throughout this exhilarating expedition. Day 2: Kathmandu to Bandipur Ride (162 km, 5-6 hours)
Your adventure truly begins today, as you saddle up after breakfast and embark on your motorcycle journey along the Prithvi Highway. As you ride out of the bustling Kathmandu, you will be greeted by serene valleys and the mesmerizing flow of the Trishuli River. The winding roads will offer you ever-changing vistas, with lush hills and local settlements creating a scenic backdrop. A stop for lunch at a local restaurant will provide a taste of authentic Nepali cuisine. Arriving in the quaint hilltop town of Bandipur by the afternoon, you will have the chance to explore this charming town known for its well-preserved Newari culture. Visit the Bindhyabasini Temple and the famous Tundikhel, where panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas stretch before you. Day 3: Bandipur to Naudanda Ride (105 km, 4-5 hours)
Following breakfast, the journey continues through a picturesque tapestry of rolling hills and quaint villages, heading toward Naudanda. Along the way, an optional stop at the tranquil Begnas Lake offers a peaceful moment to relax, surrounded by nature’s serenity. Once you arrive in Naudanda, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains. The afternoon provides the opportunity for a short hike, immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Enjoy a peaceful evening and spend the night at a resort in Naudanda.

Day 4: Naudanda to Kalopani Ride (102 km, 5-6 hours)
An early breakfast with awe-inspiring mountain views sets the tone for the day, as you descend toward the famed Kali Gandaki River. The ride alternates between paved and off-road sections, offering thrilling views at every turn. A stop at Tatopani will allow you to soak in natural hot springs, a soothing reward for the day’s ride. Continuing onward, you’ll arrive in Kalopani, a charming village nestled among towering Himalayan peaks. After exploring the village, perhaps with a short hike, you’ll spend the night in a welcoming local guesthouse.

Day 5: Kalopani to Muktinath Ride via Kagbeni (50 km, 3-4 hours)
After breakfast, you’ll venture into more rugged terrain as you ride toward the medieval village of Kagbeni, set at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Jhong Khola rivers. Kagbeni’s rich history and atmospheric streets will transport you back in time. From there, you’ll continue your journey to Muktinath, a revered pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Visit the sacred Muktinath Temple, where the ethereal blend of spiritual energy and natural beauty creates an unforgettable experience. After exploring the area, relax for the night in a local guesthouse.

Day 6: Muktinath to Lo Manthang Ride (111 km, 7-8 hours)
Today’s ride is both challenging and exhilarating as you navigate the untamed terrain of Upper Mustang. Riding through traditional villages and past ancient chortens and mani walls, the deep gorge of the Kali Gandaki will unfold before you in all its grandeur. As you approach Lo Manthang, the ancient walled city and former capital of the Kingdom of Lo, you’ll feel the weight of history in the air. Spend the afternoon exploring the royal palace, monasteries, and interacting with the warm and welcoming local community. Settle in for the night, embraced by the ancient walls of this timeless city.

Day 7: Explore Lo Manthang
This day is dedicated to the rich cultural immersion in Lo Manthang. Visit renowned monasteries like Thubchen Gompa and Jampa Lhakhang, sacred sites that speak to the region’s deep spiritual heritage. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore nearby villages like Chhoser, known for its fascinating sky caves carved into the cliffs. Engage with the local community, learning about their traditions, and browse the markets for traditional Tibetan handicrafts. As the day draws to a close, reflect on your experiences in this ancient kingdom before another overnight stay in Lo Manthang.

Day 8: Lo Manthang to Marpha Ride (125 km, 7-8 hours)
After breakfast, you’ll begin your descent through the rugged yet mesmerizing landscapes of Mustang. A stop at Tsarang offers the chance to visit its impressive dzong and Gompa, both rich with history and cultural significance. You’ll then continue to Marpha, a village famous for its apple orchards and renowned apple brandy. Wander through its charming cobblestone streets, sample local apple delicacies, and enjoy a relaxed evening in a cozy guesthouse.

Day 9: Marpha to Pokhara Ride (146 km, 6-7 hours)
Today, the journey brings you toward the picturesque city of Pokhara. Along the way, you’ll pass through villages like Tatopani and Beni, where the natural beauty of the landscape continues to enchant. Once in Pokhara, unwind by the serene shores of Phewa Lake, visit the tranquil World Peace Pagoda, and explore the vibrant Lakeside area, where live music and local flavors abound. Enjoy an evening filled with relaxation before settling in at your hotel for the night.

Day 10: Pokhara to Kathmandu Ride (200 km, 6-7 hours)
After breakfast, you’ll ride back to Kathmandu along the Prithvi Highway, retracing your steps through the beautiful countryside. Once back in the capital, spend the afternoon shopping for souvenirs or visiting any landmarks you may have missed. A farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant offers a perfect conclusion to your epic journey, celebrating the unforgettable experiences shared along the way.

Day 11: Departure from Kathmandu
Following breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. If time permits, a final visit to Pashupatinath Temple or Patan Durbar Square will allow you to bid a heartfelt farewell to this enchanting country. With memories of your Mustang motorcycle adventure through the Himalayas firmly etched in your heart, you’ll leave Nepal with a sense of wonder and fulfillment.
